You can order your medication in the following ways:
- online (simply bring your photo identification to The Limes' reception and we can issue you with a password). Once registered, click here to login to SystmOnline. Note: this service is only available to patients aged 18 and over.
- repeat slips (WHITE PART OF THE PRESCRIPTION) can be dropped into our Repeat Prescription Box.
- community pharmacy (please check the turnaround time with individual pharmacies).
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept telephone medication requests.
Questions about your prescription or medication
If you have any queries with regard to your medication, please contact the surgery on 01992 573838 and select option 4. Out of practice hours, your community pharmacy may be able to issue you with an emergency supply if it is deemed appropriate.

Prescription Fees

The NHS prescription charge is a flat-rate amount which successive Governments have thought it reasonable to charge for those who can afford to pay for their medicines. Prescription prepayment certificates (PPCs) offer real savings for people who need extensive medication
