Ordering Prescriptions
You can order your prescriptions in the following ways:
- Online. Bring your photo identification to The Limes' reception and we can issue you with a password. Once you have an account, login to SystmOnline here. This service is only available to patients aged 18 and over. The turnaround for this is 48 hours.
- Repeat prescription slips (white part of the prescription) can be dropped into our Repeat Prescription Box. The turnaround for this is 48 hours.
- Community pharmacy. You can also order your prescription through your nominated pharmacy. Check with them how long it will take to issue your prescription.
Please note: We do not accept telephone prescription requests.
Questions about your prescription or medication
If you have any queries about your prescription, phone the surgery on 01992 573838 and select option 4. Out of practice hours, your pharmacy may be able to issue you with an emergency supply if it is deemed appropriate.

If you are on a repeat medication, you will need a regular medication review. Please visit or contact the surgery on 01992 573838 to arrange.
