How to Request Repeat Prescriptions

If your doctor agrees that you need regular medication the details will be entered on our computer and you can request repeat prescriptions by indicating the items you require on the perforated slip attached to the prescription and returning it to us. You can do this by posting it, bringing it to the surgery or by taking it into any of the local pharmacies. YOu cna then collect your prescription or the medicines 48 working hours later. If you would like us to post your prescription, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. Whichever method is preferred, please give at least 48 hours notice.

If you are on long term medication your doctor will wish to review this at least once a year. The review date can be found on the perforated slip. Please help the doctor to keep a check on your condition by contacting the surgery when requested.
