Repeat Prescriptions

thepillRepeat prescriptions are issued at your doctor's discretion and are normally for patients who are on long term medication.

There are several ways that you can request your repeat prescription:-

  • You can order your repeat prescription directly through this site. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form.
  • Indicate the items you require on the perforated slip attached to your previous prescription and bring it to the surgery.
  • Fill in the repeat prescription request form located in reception.
  • Post your prescription slip to us.
  • Fax your prescription slip to us on 01992 566503.
  • Take your prescription to any local pharmacy.

When handing in your prescription you can request collection of your medication from any local pharmacy.

Your prescription or the medicines will then be ready for collection 2 working days later. If you would like us to post your prescription to you please enclose a stamped address envelope.
