New Patient Registration
If you would like to register as a patient at The Limes please see our reception staff. Please bring with you your medical card, you will then be asked to complete a short questionnaire.
Once this has been completed you will be registered onto our computer system and shortly after you will be offered a new patient health assessment. Please bring a specimen of urine along with you for this appointment.
We do have the facility to deal with private patients. Please ask the Executive Director, Debbie Bodhanya, for details.
Choosing to see a Practitioner of your choice
When you register with The Limes you register with the practice not an individual practitioner. However you do as a patient have the right to express a preference to see a GP of your choice.
We will endeavour to do our best to offer you an appointment with the GP of your choice but this may not always be possible. Please take into consideration the following points:-
- Some of our doctors only work part-time and therefore they may not be working at the surgery when you would like to be seen.
- The GP of your choice may be fully booked on the specific day you would like to be seen.
- The GP of your choice may be on annual leave.
